– Formerly fitted with steel liners – not included

– Girth gear (2 pieces), SM-017 – 143 teeth and SM-016 – 142 teeth, 2-1/2″ gap
between teeth and 5-5/8″ from top of teeth to base, 2″ teeth height, Face Dimensions 39-1/4″
– Girth gear guard
– Pinion assemblies (2 pieces), Sp-001 – 29 teeth and SP-002 – 29 teeth, 2-3/4″
gap between teeth, 2″ teeth height, Face Dimensions 39-5/16″
– Falk Enclosed Gear Drive reducers, (2 each), Model 54.000 x 27 RED, M.O. 6-

– High speed and low speed flexible couplings (4 pieces)
– Base plates for trunnion bearings, pinion assemblies, gearbox and motors
– Twin GE 3400 HP (2550 kw) 4000 V, 60 Hz, AC wound rotor induction motors,
710 RPM, 10 pole, Model 108770 and 108762.
– Existing Lube systems for trunnion bearings, girth gear, gearboxes, including
temperature sensors
– Feed chute
– Trommel screen
– Primary and secondary motor starters (includes liquid resistor system that allows
variable speed operation)
– PLC equipment (Allen Bradley)
– Liner Handler machine, McLellan MLC 32/12S, Serial No. MLH 1510389

NOTE: This mill is part of a package of inventory also listed as; 10,000 TPD GOLD
PROCESSING MILL PLANT. Constructed in 1990 as a conventional cyanidation carbon in
pulp recovery process, and has an estimated 10,000 tons per day throughput. The Plant
Commenced operations at the site in North Western Canada in 1990. The plant ran until 1997
when the mine closed due to low gold prices.
All equipment was professionally dismantled and store and remains excellent condition, ready to return to work upon installation.
